REFUND EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or the product or product parts is /are found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact our staff with your recipt within three months of receiving the products, we will exchange the defective parts for you free of charge! Hope that we can make you satisfied! If you need anything, please feel free to contact our customer service, we will provide you with a pleasant after-sales experience!

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Order number
Video or photo of the defective item(if applicable)
Refund will be completed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

You can apply the refund/exchanges for the following return reasons:

Get a wrong item

Product is damaged due to logistics

Product quality problem

Price difference

Forgot to use discount

A price reduction within 14 days from the date of purchase

Cancel Orders:

If you do decide to cancel your order finally, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.

Only items purchased directly from COZPALACE.COM online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Any repair or replacement does not extend the warranty given hereunder and no new warranty is given for such replacement or repair parts.
